Fatima, the war nurse by Nassefh Macla

  Fatima the war nurse was published on year 2016 in Dagmay, it is a poem about the reality of Mindanao's abundance: the never-ending battles with Muslims. The author grew up witnessing fighting between his clan and the government, and through the use of imagery and symbolism, he depicts the anger of warfare and the attainment of peace.
